Functionality:
Calendar visible in website, with admin functionality for client to add / modify / delete entries on days. Entries only visible in public site, but editable in admin. Only one entry can be added for any particular day.
Cost:
R2,000 (ex VAT) once-off fee.
R100 (ex VAT) additional annual fee added to basic hosting package.

Functionality:
Calendar visible in website, with admin functionality for client to add / modify / delete entries on days.
Entries only visible in public site, but editable in admin. Multiple entries can be added per day,
listed in numerical format (as shown in example image above, which lists 2 entries for 09 Oct 2009).
Cost:
R2,900 (ex VAT) once-off fee.
R100 (ex VAT) additional annual fee added to basic hosting package.

| CALENDAR TYPE 3 |
The following shows what the browser sees when clicking on a particular day to make a booking:
Functionality:
Calendar used for booking sessions. Previous days show as "N/A". Otherwise, if a customer clicks on "Book a Coaching Session"
(note this wording can be changed), they see a popup like the one shown below. They can then book a particular timeslot.
As soon as they submit their booking, that timeslot is removed from public view, so it cannot be double-booked.
Once an entire day's timeslots are booked, it displays "FULLY BOOKED" for that particular day. The site owner has admin
access to view bookings on any day, as well as add / modify / delete entries on any day.
Cost:
R4,000 (ex VAT) once-off fee.
R100 (ex VAT) additional annual fee added to basic hosting package.
