Now that you've decided on your domain name, you can get email addresses set up, eg. info@yourdomain.co.za.
When you contact us for a quote, we'll need to know how many email addresses you would like to get. Although you
may think this is unnecessary because you already have an email address, the email addresses we provide
are based on your domain name and therefore advertise your website every time
you use them. In addition, email addresses on the domain
name look very professional on business cards and in general use. Our packages include:
1) Up to 5 email addresses (R100 ex VAT once-off setup fee + basic hosting package)
2) Up to 10 email addresses (R200 ex VAT once-off setup fee + R200 ex VAT annually added to basic hosting package)

All our client websites are designed from scratch and in accordance to your requirements and specifications. Please

Hosting:
Websites may be hosted on Windows 2003 servers running IIS6, or on Linux Apache servers running the
latest version of Redhat, or on Windows .NET platforms**. Our servers are in the UK, thereby providing a very robust
platform and we endeavour
to maintain 24 hour uptime per day. The basic hosting package costs
R800 ex VAT
per annum (no monthly costs!) and includes the following services:
- Hosting of your website for an entire year (12 months) - No monthly fees!
- Hosting of up to 5 POP3 email addresses (50MB per email account)
- WebMail access to all email accounts, for access to email anywhere in the world
- Renewal of your .co.za domain name annually
- Setup of a fax-to-email service on any hosted email address
- No space or bandwidth limits on your site
- Bulk submission of your site to over 300 search engines upon site going live
** Note that Windows ASP.NET platforms incur an additional annual hosting costing of R700 (ex VAT).
