Overview on how a project is usually handled:
Should you be starting out and needing a site, you would need a domain name. Most South African companies
opt to get a .co.za address (eg. www.yourcompany.co.za).
If you already have a .co.za domain name, we will of course assist in transferring the domain name to our servers.
The site is then designed according to your unique requirements. Please contact us with your requirements. To get ideas of some of the

some personalised e-mail addresses
for your company (eg. info@yourcompany.co.za etc.) Then upon completion, the site is ready to go live!
From only
R800 (ex VAT) per year, we host your site, which includes the following services:
- Keeping your site hosted for a year (unlimited bandwidth to your site)
- Hosting of up to 5 POP3 e-mail addresses (50MB per email account)
- WebMail access to all email accounts
- Fax-to-email service set up on any email address
- Renewal of your .co.za domain name every year
- Submission of your site to over 300 search engines every year (note: no guarantees for acceptance / ranking)
There are no monthly fees!!
When you sign up with us, these are the usual project phases:
PHASE 1: Template design proposal (which is sent to you as a jpg image). This is the designer's depiction of the website and proposal on how the site should look. The template design is based on the colours and look & feel of the logo and content which you provide. We can also source relevant imagery for you, based on your type of business. This phase takes about 1 to 1.5 weeks to complete. You can suggest 2 sets of changes to the proposed design template at this point (a "set of changes" being an email in which you list all the changes you would like to make to the proposed design).
PHASE 2: Website design - to be based on approved template design from Phase 1. This phase takes about 1 to 1.5 weeks to complete. This phase includes the design and population of all static pages, as well as all animation designs. After completion, the site is loaded to our test server for review. You are permitted 2 sets of changes to the content of the pages at this point (changes do not include template changes, as the template would have been approved in the first phase already).
PHASE 3: Additional functionality, like shopping carts or admin functionality, are built into your site by one of our developers for this phase. This phase takes between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the functionality required for the site, and the developers' other commitments at the time. Upon completion, the site is reloaded to our test server for your review and to test the functionality.
GOING LIVE: Upon your approval, the website is loaded live and is submitted to over 300 search engines like Google, Ananzi and Yahoo. Please note that we do not guarantee any placement or ranking on any particular search engine. For more information
